Production time for Made-to-Order garments is 20 working days, from the day the order is placed.
Our exclusive Made-to-Order service is a personalized service, which offers our customers the chance to give their garment a distinctive touch choosing the details they wish. The polo can be personalized by selecting the style, the fabric, the closure with hook and mother of pearl button, and the classic open collar with four buttonholes and four buttons in Australian mother of pear.
As a customized piece, any Made-to-Order product is not subject to our regular policy on Returns. It will be possible, though, to make alterations based on the customer’s request prior to the order.
