These general conditions regulate any purchases made online through the site www.annamatuozzo.com, owned and operated by Camiceria Matuozzo.

1.1. These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions" and / or "GCS") apply to all sales of products branded " Camiceria Matuozzo " (hereinafter, "Products" or "Product") carried out remotely through the website www.annamatuozzo.com (hereinafter, "Site").1.2. The use of the remote sales services described in these Terms and Conditions is reserved exclusively to consumers (hereinafter, "Customers" or "Customer"), understood as individuals acting for purposes unrelated to their trade, craft, business or profession that may be carried out, older than 18 years (or, if minors, authorized by those who exercise parental authority by law). 1.3. 1.3. The Customer is required to carefully read the General Conditions made available to him/her on the Site, in order to enable knowledge as well as storage and reproduction by the Customer, in accordance with Article 12, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70 ("Implementation of Directive 2000/31/EC on certain legal aspects of information society services within the internal market, with particular reference to electronic commerce" - hereinafter, "E-commerce Decree"). A copy of the Terms and Conditions will, however, be sent by the company Camiceria Matuozzo (as defined below) to the Customer, per e-mail, as per paragraph 7 of these Terms and Conditions. Any contract signed with Customers will be stored by owner Camiceria Matuozzo. Customers will be able to access and view these contracts on the Site, using their account. By using this Site, you unconditionally agree to the terms and conditions of use set forth below. These terms and conditions may be modified, at any time and without notice, by Camiceria Matuozzo at her sole discretion; your use of the Site after the changes mentioned above will be considered as unconditional agreement to the amended and updated terms and conditions. The information, images, photographs, trademarks, products, and in general the elements and material that you will find on this Site are disclosed solely for promotional and advertising purposes. You may download or copy such information and material only for personal, non-commercial use. 1.4. Any contract signed with Camiceria Matuozzo through the Site is regulated by Italian legislation and, in particular, by Legislative Decree no. 206 of September 6, 2005 and its subsequent amendments (hereinafter " Consumer Code") and by the above mentioned E-commerce Decree.

3.1. 3.1. The information relating to Products, with their relevant product codes, are available on the Site, where the Customer will find details of the main features of each individual Product.

3.3. 3.3. All Products are subject to current availability. Camiceria Matuozzo reserves the right to modify the limits on the quantity and / or types of products available online on the Site at any time. The style, models and colors of the Products described in the Site may be changed without notice.
During the procedure related to the transaction, an automatic response will inform the Customer of the time needed to process the order, and/or of any inability to process the order due to the unavailability of the Product ordered.

4.1. 4.1. The prices of Products are shown on the Site in Euros and are inclusive of all applicable taxes or duties. Delivery costs must be added to the prices of Products, and these are indicated separately on the order form.

5.1. 5.1. The essential characteristics and prices of Products are listed in the offer for each Product on the Site.
5.2. 5.2. Before sending an order proposal, Customers must ensure that they have read and understood the instructions provided during the purchase procedure, as well as these General Conditions, as these instructions and General Conditions will be binding, once the contract is entered into. In order to purchase Products, the Customer shall fill in and send the order form in electronic format to Camiceria Matuozzo, following the instructions contained in the Site. The Customer shall add the Product to the " cart ". After viewing and accepting the General Conditions, with particular reference to the cost of delivery and the conditions on the right of withdrawal, and after agreeing to the privacy policy, the Customer shall select their chosen payment method, and click on the button "proceed with the order".
5.3. 5.3. If the Customer needs to correct any errors in data entry, he/she must follow the appropriate editing procedure indicated on the Site, before submitting his/her order form. In particular, the Customer has the option to change the quantity of the Products he/she intends to purchase, by adding or removing one or more Products from the "cart".
5.4. By sending the order form to Camiceria Matuozzo, the customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase process, and to fully accept the General Conditions.
5.5. Without prejudice to the use of data subject to the express consent of the customer, the form with the order request and any customer data relating to the order request will be stored by Camiceria Matuozzo for the period of time required by law.

6.1. The Customer can pay for the price of the Products and the related delivery costs through Paypal, SumUP or Stripe. By choosing these payment methods, the customer can pay directly through his/her Paypal account or credit cards. www.annamatuozzo.com reserves the right to ship the goods solely to the address indicated on the verified Paypal account.
Through the Paypal, SumUp or Stipe platforms, the customer can make payments with major credit cards, or with their PayPal account. Transactions are carried out securely, thanks to innovative fraud protection systems. Camiceria Matuozzo would like to remind you that it is not necessary to be a Paypal registered user in order to make a transaction.

7.1. The contract between Camiceria Matuozzo and the Customer shall be deemed concluded when the Customer receives confirmation from Camiceria Matuozzo that his/her order request - sent in accordance with the purchase procedure indicated on the Site - was successful, following the verification Product availability, and the charging of the product’s price through the Customer's Paypal account. The order request sent by the Customer will be binding for Camiceria Matuozzo only if the entire purchase process has been regularly and correctly completed, without any error messages received from the Site.
7.2. Camiceria Matuozzo reserves the right to partially process an order in case of unavailability of one or more products ordered by the customer. In this case, only the amount corresponding to the partially filled order will be charged.
7.3. Camiceria Matuozzo is not responsible for any malfunctioning caused by the data transmission network operator.
7.4. In compliance with the provisions of Article. 13 of the E-commerce Decree, at the time of order confirmation or execution of the contract, Camiceria Matuozzo will send an email to the Customer. This email will summarize the General Conditions, and contain information on the essential characteristics of the Products purchased, as well as a detailed indication of the price and the means of payment, information on delivery costs, information on the conditions and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal, as well information on the exclusion of customized Products from the right of withdrawal, the Camiceria Matuozzo address to which any complaints can be submitted, information on support services, and any existing commercial guarantees. The Customer must immediately check the content of this message, and immediately report any errors or omissions to Camiceria Matuozzo.

Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 7 above, no order request shall be deemed as accepted by Camiceria Matuozzo, and no contract shall be concluded between Camiceria Matuozzo and the Customer if Camiceria Matuozzo has reasonable and justifiable grounds to believe that the Customer: (i) intends to purchase Products for purposes related to his own or third parties' business or professional activity, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1. 2 of these General Conditions of Sale; namely, (ii) does not act on the grounds of an actual and genuine interest in purchasing the Products ordered, or (iii) abusively exercises the right of withdrawal provided for in paragraph 13, hereafter.
8.2. 8.2. In such cases, the order request sent by the Customer shall be considered invalid and void. Camiceria Matuozzo will send to the customer, by email, a notice stating the non-acceptance of the order request by Camiceria Matuozzo and the non-conclusion of the contract, also ensuring the cancellation of any charge and / or expense borne by the customer.

9.1. 9.1. For security reasons, the Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address registered on the Customer’s credit card, unless otherwise indicated by the Customer, and the signature of the Customer or of a delegate over the age of 18 will be required at the time of delivery. Deliveries will not be made to P.O. boxes.
9.2. For each order placed on the Site, Camiceria Matuozzo will issue a receipt for the products shipped, sending it by email or post to the order holder, pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000 and D. Decree 52/2004. 52/2004. In order to issue the receipt, the information provided by the Customer at the moment of the order will be used. No change in the receipt will be possible after receipt issue.
9.3. 9.3. Delivery costs are charged to the customer and are separately marked on the order form.
9.4. 9.4. All purchases will be delivered by a selected courier (hereinafter, "Courier") from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, holidays and local or national holidays. Camiceria Matuozzo is not responsible for any delays not foreseeable and / or attributable to the Courier, against which claims must be made in each single case. Delivery time ranges from 21 to 30 working days for standard delivery.
9.5. In any case, except in the event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in accordance with Article 61 of the Consumer Code, the Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days, starting from the day after the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with paragraph 7.1 above. This is unless Camiceria Matuozzo communicates - within the same period of time, or before the final date agreed for delivery, including through email - the inability to deliver the Products ordered as a result of the unavailability, even temporary, of the Products. In case of such notice, Camiceria Matuozzo will refund any amounts already paid by the Customer for the payment of the order.
9.6. In the event that, in response to the communication of Camiceria Matuozzo of a delay in the delivery date, the customer wishes to cancel the order, any amount already paid by the customer will be refunded as soon as possible, and no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the notice of cancellation by Camiceria Matuozzo. This rule does not apply to customized products, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 12 below.
9.7. The presence of the Customer or his/her representative at the address indicated in the order is required for the delivery of the Products. Upon delivery of the Products by the Courier, the Customer is required to check: (i) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the delivery note; (ii) that the packaging is intact, and not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials. Any damage to the packaging and/or the Product, or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested in writing on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed without the Customer having made any objection, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of the package delivered.

10.1. Camiceria Matuozzo will send the Customer a confirmation e-mail once the Products have been shipped.

11.1. The Products purchased on the Site are delivered with the corporate packaging " Camiceria Matuozzo " original packaging of Camiceria Matuozzo made in Italy.

12.1. Camiceria Matuozzo wishes to achieve complete customer satisfaction. In compliance with Article 52 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to terminate the contract, without specifying the reason for cancellation, by returning the Products, except for those customized as in paragraph 12, purchased on the Site within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the Products.
12.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an email to the following address, camiceriamatuozzo@gmail.com, containing:
(i) the statement of intention to exercise the right of withdrawal under Article 52 of the Consumer Code;
(ii) an indication of the products for which the customer wants to exercise the right of withdrawal;
(iii) the serial order number communicated by Camiceria Matuozzo at the time of purchase confirmation;
12.3. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Camiceria Matuozzo will refund the full price of the Products, provided that they are returned by the Customer within 15 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal not worn, not used and not damaged, accompanied by their original receipt, and with the institutional packaging of Camiceria Matuozzo.
Camiceria Matuozzo will accept returns and exchanges of Products that have been delivered with a label or a return/exchange sticker or seal only if the above return instructions are properly followed, and if the label or sticker or seal is intact, and attached to the Product.
12.4. Camiceria Matuozzo reserves the right to refuse the return of any Products that do not comply with these requirements In case of defective Products, the provisions of paragraph 15 "Defects of conformity" will apply. Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase, i.e. Paypal.
12.5. 12.5. The costs of returning the Products are paid by the Customer, any expenses incurred by the Customer for the return will not be refunded.
12.6. Camiceria Matuozzo commits to refunding the customer without unnecessary delay and in any case within 15 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract, in accordance with art. 54 Consumer Code. An email will be sent to notify the customer once the refund is made.
12.7. 12.7. It is recommended to send the products to be returned by courier, with an insurance covering the full amount of the goods, and making sure to receive a tracking number to allow traceability of the shipment. Camiceria Matuozzo will not be responsible for the reimbursement or compensation for Products shipped by the Customer but never received by Camiceria Matuozzo due to loss, theft or damage which are not attributable to Camiceria Matuozzo herself.
12.8. If the Customer wishes to change or cancel an order that has already been sent, he/she must promptly, and in any case before receipt of the shipment confirmation e-mail, send an e-mail to camiceriamatuozzo@gmail.com. The company will do everything in its power to satisfy the Customer's request.
However, once the Product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified. The products shipped, in any case, can be returned, and in this case, we will refer to the provisions on the right of withdrawal described above.

13.1. If a product sold by Camiceria Matuozzo shows a manufacturing defect, and in any case for any lack of conformity relating to products sold by Camiceria Matuozzo, the customer must immediately contact the customer service online at: camiceriamatuozzo@gmail.com.
13.2. 13.2. The sale of products is subject to the legal guarantees provided for in Articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code. The Customer has the right to restoration, without charges, of conformity of goods by repair or replacement or, if these measures fail, an appropriate reduction in price, or termination of the contract. The customer loses these rights if the lack of conformity is not reported to Camiceria Matuozzo within 15 days from the date on which the item was received and the defect was found.

14.1. Camiceria Matuozzo is committed to providing constantly updated information in the sections of the Site relating to the description and / or sale of the Products, and the company will do its best to ensure that the description and / or photographic representation of the products on the site is as faithful as possible to the products themselves. It is not possible, however, to guarantee the complete absence of defects and, taking into account the digital presentation of products, it is possible that the customer's perception of the description, or of the graphic representation of the products, does not correspond exactly to the product itself. Camiceria Matuozzo reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order request has been sent. Camiceria Matuozzo also reserves the right to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

15.1. Camiceria Matuozzo guarantees the authenticity of all products purchased on the Site. Products branded " Camiceria Matuozzo " are made with the best materials, and are all strictly and completely Made in Italy, including the packaging.

The brand " Camiceria Matuozzo " as well as all figurative and non-figurative trademarks, service marks, on the Products, their accessories and / or packaging, trademarks, whether registered or not, as well as all illustrations, images and copyright protected logos, and, more generally, all intellectual property rights relating to the Products are, and shall remain, the exclusive property of Camiceria Matuozzo. The information, images, photographs, trademarks and in general the elements and materials made available through this Site are and shall remain the exclusive property of Camiceria Matuozzo; therefore, the reproduction, partial or total, distribution, publication, transmission, modification, in whole or in part, and the sale of information, images, photographs, trademarks, products and in general of the elements and all the material contained in this Site are expressly prohibited. In particular, the names and trademarks " Camiceria Matuozzo " and all other trademarks including the name " Camiceria Matuozzo ", whether registered or not, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Camiceria Matuozzo and their reproduction, distribution, publication, transmission, modification, in whole or in part, and sale are hereby expressly prohibited for any reason or purpose whatsoever.

16.1. 16.1. These General Conditions are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with Italian law.
16.2. 16.2. For any disputes arising from interpretation, validity and/or execution of these General Conditions, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction will be that of the judge of the place of residence or home of the Customer/consumer.
